"Anton hails from the northeast of England, a Geordie born and bred! He found his love for cooking at a young age while watching his mother and grandmother cooking at home. This inspired him to become a chef and after 10 years of working in some of the most luxurious restaurants, hotels and ski chalets in Europe, Anton was introduced to the surreal world of luxury yachting. He was quickly enchanted by the endless opportunities to explore other cultures and their cuisines, thus expanding his “repertoire”. "
Anton’s yachting career has seen him travel the globe, many times placing him in dream provisioning conditions and other times in remote areas the likes of Antarctica under the most challenging of conditions. Either way, Anton’s seamless delivery ensures his guests never notice the difference. He has had the pleasure of serving some of the most recognizable people on the planet, as well as, some of the most demanding palettes, many of whom are accustomed to Michelin Star rated chefs serving them daily. His reviews speak for themselves. For over 11 years primarily as an Executive Chef on board highly active 65 to 90 meter charter yachts, Anton has delighted and amazed his guests with his ability to please “all guests…all of the time” by catering to their every requirement and desire. The very nature of this highly personalized service may demand that he and his staff be prepared to serve vegans, guests with food allergies, and “carnivores” at the same sitting and he and his managed staff pull it off impeccably.
